Thor exits the office with a sick smile on his lips. He was dressed in his usual black winged cloak and had his sword strapped to his waist. Things were going as planned. Both him and Shadow had won their respective matches against Outlaw Inc. and thus had won the right to pick the type of match they would have at Aftermath.
He had just delivered the match stipulation that him and Shadow had decided on. It was an amazing match idea that would be interesting for it would be the first time this type of match had been fought anywhere in the business.
Thor walks back to his dressing room slowly pleased at how this was playing out. He was looking forward to Aftermath and the chance to beat the living hell out of Outlaw, Inc.
Once back at his dressing room Thor enters it and then closes the door with a loud click before moving to sit in his chair. He relaxes a while letting his mind wander a while.
A loud knock at the door causes him to return to the present. with a sigh he sits up straight in his chair and takes a deep breath before letting an almost cheerful smile control his face.
"Come in."
The door opens slowly and in walks a reporter. This of course was a new reporter by the look of fright that crossed his face at actually seeing Thor for the first time. Thor watches in amusement as the man fidgets as he regains his composure.
"Hello...um...I am Jake Graham and...uh...I am here to ask you a few...um...questions."
Thor grins pleased at the man's nervousness. He licks his lips letting his fangs show as he points to the other chair indicating that the reporter should make himself more comfortable. Jake sits slowly not one taking his eyes off of Thor as if worried he might be injured if he turned his back on the man. It was considered an initiation of sorts to give Thor an interview.
"Go right ahead ask away Jake."
"Well first off let me say congratulations on your win against Johnny Kaos."
Thor nods with a faint smile as he waits for the questions to start.
"I just saw the card for the Aftermath pay per view and say that you and Shadow face Jason Cane and Johnny Kaos in a Free Fall match. Just what is a Free Fall Match?"
Chuckles thoughtfully as he purses his lips and brings his hands to steeple in front of his chin as he grins evilly.
"Well Jake I can see you are the first of the curious to ask about what is going on with the match. Well now listen carefully to me I will only explain this once. What is the Free Fall Match? That is a question that must be going through all but a few people's minds.
Well you can all stop wondering for I am about to tell you what the Free Fall match entails. Here it is you enter the ring like normal as you would for any other match. Once all of the participants that are involved in the match, a special roped off platform is raised 10 feet into the air.
Now this is just the start. The ring below is covered with tacks and then a 10,000 volt electrical switch is tripped electrifying the ring. You see the match is designed to be brutal and painful.
Now you must be wondering how does one win the Free Fall Match? Well you win it by either having both of your opponents fall to the floor below or to get a pin on the elevated platform."
Smiles widely at Jake as he finishes the explanation of the Free Fall Match. Jake gulps as he realizes just what this means for those involved in the match. Looks down at his notes a moment and the looks back at Thor.
"That sounds brutal Thor. Do you have anything to say to Outlaw, Inc.?"
"Simply this, Prepare to Free Fall! You will be electrified at Aftermath. You declared war on Unholy Legion. We will win it and leave your bodies wrecked behind us. You awoke the darkness inside of me. Now it is time to see just what I am capable of. Four men will enter the ring and be raised into the air. Two will leave the arena the winners. The winner will be the Unholy Legion."
Smiles revealing his fangs as he starts to laugh evilly at the thought of all he had planned for Jason Cane and Johnny Kaos. His eyes must have flashed with his murderous because Jake bolts up and runs out of the room the door slamming shut signaling his departure. This causes Thor to laugh his haunting evil laugh of amusement as he leans back closing his eyes.
