How much longer do we have to wait?
Kori James, looking rather impatient, is seen fixing her makeup and attempting to straighten her mussed hair. The "Modern Day Outlaw" Johnny Kaos sits on a dilapidated bench with a far off look in his eyes.
It shouldn't 't be much longer. Here, this will cheer you up.
Johnny reaches into the pocket on his trench coat and produces a tightly rolled joint. Kori smiles as he lights it up, taking a long drag before passing it to her. He exhales slowly, soaking in the drug's intoxicating smoke, an takes a look at his watch.
He must have gotten caught up in traffic or something, I know it doesn't take this damn long to get to LA from San Francisco.
Kori passes the marijuana cigarette back to Johnny, coughing slightly. Already she seems more relaxed than before. Johnny takes another puff, inhaling through his nose this time, tilting his head back slightly. But, before he can pass the joint back to Kori, a stiff knock is heard on the door. Startled and coughing, Johnny is barely able to mutter "come in" before the door opens.

Startled and coughing, Johnny is barely able to mutter "come in" before the door opens.
There you are, we were beginning to wonder. What took you so long?
The 6'9" frame of the muscle-bound Jason Cane steps through the door, taking in the all-too familiar surroundings.
What can I say, traffic was a bitch.
Johnny stands up, quickly passing the joint to Kori and stands toe-to-toe with his old friend and longtime rival. Though he barely passes the big man's stout chest, Johnny does not seem intimidated, Several seconds pass as the two former owners of Outlaw Professional Wrestling exchange knowing looks. Kori, suddenly worried if inviting Jason was such a good idea, begins to intervene but is taken aback when the two men embrace each other.
It's been a long time JC, I wasn't even sure you would show.
Jason cocks his head to side, casting Johnny a sheepish grin. A grin that is met by Johnny's equally sheepish smile.
Now, Johnny, I told you a long time ago, that I either had your back or I had your front. The choice was always yours. It feels good to be on the same side again, just like old times.
Jason begins to look around the room again, recognizing it to be his old office. Johnny, noticing his friend's discovery, smiles again.
Brings back memories doesn't it? Just like old times indeed. Well, enough reminiscing, it's time to get down to business. The reason i called you and asked you to meet me here is simple. I need your help.
Jason and Kori are both surprised to hear those words come out of Johnny's mouth. Johnny had always seemed to bubble with confidence and pride. In fact, in all the years Jason had known him, Johnny had never once asked anyone for help. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, Jason begins listening intently.
I know, I have never asked for anyone's help before, but this shit has gotten deep. I'm sure you watched my last match against that Canadian behemoth Methodcobra?
Jason nods his head, for both Johnny and Jason have always watched each others' matches. Ever since their first match was against each other.
Well, that match taught me something. It showed me just what kind of opposition I can look forward to on my path to greatness. And, even though I won the match, i took one hell of a pounding in the process. That's why I need you, my good friend, to tip the scales in my favor. With both you and the always lovely Kori at my side, all others will simply fall to the wayside.
Jason, smiling and nodding, pats his longtime friend on the shoulder.
Don't worry man, I got your back. So, what are our plans?
Well, this Sunday I am going to be involved in a tournament for the NextGen title. My first opponent is Versage Flames. That bastard has never taken me seriously, but with you two by my side, he will pay for his ignorance.
Jason puts his fist in one hand and squeezes with the other, cracking his knuckles in a cacophony of loud snaps.
I promise you this, he may call himself "Flames" but I know he can't handle the heat. Come Sunday he will feel the pain.
Johnny, acknowledging his friend's eagerness to dish out punishment, smiles knowing he made a smart choice.
Good! Tonight marks the beginning of a new era, the era of Outlaw Inc. They'll never know what hit them.
Scene fades to black as Johnny, Jason, and Kori start discussing their gameplan for A Fool's Revenge.[/i]
