At the same time that Rachel is threatening the police officer with his job Thor pulls his black Hummer into the parking lot of a Burger King. He turns the Hummer off and slowly gets out of it. He slowly move to the back passenger door and opens it with an almost reluctant gesture. Once the door is opened it reveals a peacefully sleeping little girl of about four carefully ensconced in a safety seat. As Thor stands there watching her his eyes start to tear up as he thinks about the chances he had missed with his own children. Chance that had been stolen from him back before he had been forced to grow a seemingly cruel shell for protection.
With a reluctant sigh Thor gently reaches out and shakes Rochelle awake. He felt bad for waking her up but he had to go through with this at least so he could experience one proper Father's Day. Sure how he had done it had been unorthodox but his intent was nothing short of genuine.
"Rochelle it is time for lunch."
Rochelle slowly wake up stretching and yawning cutely as she looks up at Thor with her beautifully sparkling eyes.
Thor gently gets her out of the safety seat and picks her up before softly closing the door. With that he walks into the Burger King with a smile. He was having fun and he knew she was too. He moves to stand in the ordering line and positions Rochelle in his arms so she could look at the menu. The line slowly moves up the line and it their turn to order. Thor makes his selection and smiles as he looks over at Rochelle.
"What would you like for lunch Rochelle?"
Rochelle had been looking around the restaurant as they had been waiting. She had seen the big in door play area and wanted to be let down to go play. She turn to the lady at the counter and with childish enthusiasm and charm smiles at her as she answers.
"A Hamburger Happy Meal."
Thor grins as the lady taking the order converts Rochelle's order to the Burger King equivalent of the Happy Meal. Once that was done Thor pays for the food and takes the cups that were handed to him along with the receipt with the order number on it. With that Thor then heads over to get their drinks and then leads them to a table near the play area. To any one looking on it was simply a father treating his little girl out to lunch. An illusion that Thor hoped to continue until the day was over.
After a short wait their order number was called and Thor goes to grab the food. Thor moves back to the table and places Rochelle's "Happy Meal" in front of her as he place a Burger King crown on her head. The pair eat their lunch in silence. All the while Thor was watching her as only a father would. She was happy and that pleased him. He thoughts where broken by the sounds of the Rochelle's voice.
"I want to go play now."
"Go ahead Rochelle I will be right here when you are done."
Rochelle squeals with excitement as she runs towards the play area fueled by youthful energy and soda. She was perfectly happy doing what kids enjoyed doing.
Thor sits watching her from the table with a smile on his face. He was so focused on watching Rochelle and her happiness at being allowed to act like a kid that he doesn't notice the police officer walking towards him.
Officer Jack Stone had walked into the Burger King after seeing the black Hummer outside. He as well as all of the other officers on patrol had been told to look out for the vehicle. Something about a kidnapping. Along with the orders had come a description of the man responsible. As Jack looks around he sees the man seated at a table near the play area and makes his way over. Now Jack was about 6 foot 3 and 220 pounds of solid muscle from his time in the military something he kept up even though he was now a police officer. He could easily take on most situations that came his way.
Jack slow makes his way towards the man and sighs to himself for he knew it was the XVI wrestler Thor. He had seen all of the man's promos and for the most part actually understood the man. Yeah Thor was a bit out there at times but all in all it came down to emotions. Jack understood the pain of divorce having experience it himself. So to him this was going to be difficult BUT it was his job and well he had to figure out what was going on so he moved slowly towards the table Thor was seated at and stops a little ways away as he clears his throat to get Thor's attention.
"Excuse me Sir but I need to ask you a few questions. Mind if I take a seat?"
Thor turns his head suddenly as he is broken out of his thoughts at the voice. He looks over and sees the police officer and blinks a moment and nods signaling for him to be seated. Thor knew he was in trouble but he hoped to make the damage minimal and prevent Rochelle from being hurt by the way things where bound to unfold. Thor looks back to the play area and smiles.
Jack sits down and follows Thor's gaze to the play area where sees Rochelle playing. From the table he could tell instantly that she hadn't been harmed in any way and on top of that she was having a great time if the smile on her face was any indication.
"I am Officer Jack Stone and I need to ask you a few questions. Is that your black Hummer in the parking lot?
"Yes Officer it is."
"Well Sir you should know that you are to be taken into custody for kidnapping."
Luckily no one else is close enough to over hear the conversation as Thor nods. He keeps his eyes on Rochelle as he listens to the cop.
"I understand Officer. But can you do me a favor and let me take her home first? You can escort me if you like. I don't want Her to to be traumatized. You can see she is having the time of her life right now."
Jack looks at Rochelle and nods in agreement she was having a ball playing with a few of the other kids. He would have to talk to Thor after he had been taken in to see what his reason were behind what he had done. But the deal sounded good. He could live with it and something about the whole situation made him realize that nothing bad was going to happen.
"That sounds good to me as long as there is no funny business."
"Thank you Officer."
Thor stands up and clears the trash from the meal and then walks over to the play area to get Rochelle. He hated to end her fun but it had to be done. It was time for her to get home.
"Rochelle it is time to go."
Rochelle who had just come down a slide looks at Thor with that child like pout that usually crosses the face a child her age when they are told to do something they don't really like.
"But I don't want to go I am still playing."
Thor can but help smiling at her as hr kneels down and points to the police officer at their table.
"See that policeman he is here to make sure we get you home safely Rochelle."
Rochelle sees the policeman and her eyes go wide with excitement seconds before she runs to him.
Thor follows her back to the table with a smile and suppresses a sigh. He arrives in time to over hear Rochelle excitedly talk to the policeman.
"Uncle said you were here to make sure we got home safely. Is that true?"
Jack looks over at Thor with a sight raised eyebrow as he answers her question.
"That is correct little lady."
Thor just blinks and shrugs at being called Uncle.

Thor sighs softly to himself as he sits in the chair across form Officer Jack Stone. He had driven Rochelle home without incident and then driven to the police station both trips of course under the escorting eye of the kinda officer across from him.
"Thor just to clarify you are being charged with kidnapping and forgery. I will need your statement and will need to ask you a few questions for the report. So any time you are ready tell me what was on your mind."
"Well as you know today is Father's Day. Well if you are a fan of XVI wrestling you know my past and that I myself am a father of 5 children from two failed marriages. Well I knew had a chance to have a good father's Day. So I just wanted one.
Jack nods slowly making notes on a pad of paper. He in fact was an XVI fan and had seen all of Thor's promos so he understood where this was going.
"So why Rachel Martin's daughter?"
"Well several reasons actually but I will list them for least important to most important first. As you know I have a match against Rachel this week on XVI and I wanted to play some mind games with her. BUT the most importantly I have seen how Rachel treats her daughter. Anybody who have seen her promos know what i mean. I just wanted to let Rochelle have some time to act like a child with out being yelled out. That and I wanted to play at being a father again."
"So you had no intentions of hurting Rochelle in any way?"
"I couldn't hurt that angel of a little girl. No I planned only on letting her play in the park a while then have lunch before taking her home. I should have realized the cops would be called in. I guess I misjudged Rachel's felling for her daughter."
Thor shrugs as he sighs thoughtfully watching the Jack. He wasn't sure what would happen but he would be ready for his match at Side Effect.
"Well Thor if you will wait here I need to go talk to the Police Chief."
With that Jack get up and walk out of the office to go find out what to do.

"Well Thor unfortunately you will have to appear in court for the charges leveled against you. But the good news is that you are allowed to go home. But you will be under police surveillance until after the court date."
"I understand."
Thor stands up and leaves the police station driving off in his black Hummer with a police tail.
