James had decided to take a good rest before he'd wanted to make a show and promotional. Sure the cameras had followed him in his training and the audience had heard everything he said. But that was beside the point. Now though he was fine, sore from training but fine all the same as he got ready to go out and talk to the crowd of the XVI.
Getting away with murder started up and James walked out and looked at the crowd. He grinned and raised his arms up and waved them slightly to pump up the crowd. He ran down the ramp and slid into the ring quickly. Not wasting much time in the process as he reached down and picked up the waiting Mic. He waited of course until the crowd calmed down. The camera zooming in on his face as he spoke.
James: "Hey it's good to be back. I had one hell of a time training with Ken and his Lion's Den Members but I got through it. I came here today though. To talk about my opponents."
The crowd quieted down but there was still chatter.
James: "Alright.. first off.. we got Jordan Glass.... Flamebaker?" He laughed a bit at that. "Nice nickname mate." he smirked a bit to show he could take 'em as much as he could throw 'em. "All I can say is good luck man and watch your knee. Everybody's gonna be after it. As for what you've said earlier. No harm no foul. Ring shit.. is... ring.... shit." With that he looked around and smiled slightly.
The crowd chattered for a moment as he let them talk and speak over what he'd just said. He started to speak but the place was to noisy so he waited for them to quiet down a bit more.
James; "Now then Thor.. we've been friends since childhood. I'd always had your back and protected you and you protected me. And now you have the guts to call me a coward?" He shook his head a bit. "I'm sorry about your kids and i'm sorry about your loss but that doesn't mean you take it out on me dude. But... i saw your apology.. and I accept it, it takes a man to be able to apologize." He smiled a bit. "That's all I have to say on that subject really."
He walked around the ring and jumped a couple of times as if excited about the coming match in a couple of days.
James: "Next opponent... er... chaos... k... keros.... kratos? Klick... kilo what ever his name is." He smirked as the crowd laughed at him. James never taunted people but... "So who ever you are Kraos... I'm glad your so confident in yourself. I'm glad you know how to pull your punches and think you can win. Tank Abbot, Ken Shamrock and Dan Severn... all of them great UFC fighters and I respect them but i've beaten all three of them. And I sure as hell know that they can whoop your ass dude." He laughed a bit, "As for my MMA bullshit... don't get over-confident Krayon... Beniot? Jericho?.. Storm? Do I look like I care who you've wresteled and WHO you've been trained by? Let me go ahead and state that I was trained" He cleared his throat and did a perfect imitation of Johnny's voice. "the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be". He smirked. "Onto the next opponent."
The crowd laughed at his words. James dismissed Johnny and paid the idiot no more mind.
James: "Jason Cane? Well I don't know much about you but good luck man..." He shrugged. He really didn't know much about the man so he couldn't really say anything about him. "Next Opponent. A man that cracks me up to no end."
The crowd knew who he was talking about and were laughing as much as James was.
James: "Ritalin, that guy is funnier than shit. As is Prozac, I've seen them both doing work around the place. You never see one without the other. They are the comic crew and goofy fellas. I think both of them are good guys." He laughed slightly and shook his head. "Good fighters, very good fighters, Ritalin I wish ya luck in the match man." Nods and chuckles a bit before he looked at the crowd. "Alright then i've said everything about everyone accept..." he held up a finger. "One person, and this one person surprised me with what he did. He used a sledge hammer. To break the headstone...of a little girl. A little girl who died. It sickens me to think that to make something personal with Blackjack.. that you'd resort to dishonoring the dead. A little girl none the less. Weak bastard." He had no respect for him, none at all. "Make it personal in other ways. Keep the ring problems in the ring. Not taking it to the real world by smashing an innocent girls gravestone." With that he took a breath and sighed a bit. "Well either way... it's none of my business. I'll see you all on Side effect." He tossed the mic over his shoulder and slid under the ropes and walked off to the back rooms. The camera's faded to darkness.
