The day after the big drinking party Thor wakes up and is ready do a little last minute practicing. So he grabs a plate of snacks and eats something before changing into something more comfortable. Seeing as he wanted to practice some in ring moves he gets dressed in his ring attire. A black T-shirt, black jeans and a pair of black combat boots and a pair of black striking gloves.
After he is ready he looks around the house to see how the other three are faring after the party last night. He knew he wanted to see how they where in the ring. "How are you guys today?"

James was up before any of them. At right about four in the morning and was already using his friends punching back without relenting. A small smile on his face as he worked on kicks and punches. He looked over his shoulder as he came in. "I'm fine..." He laughed a bit and placed his hands on his hips. He had his hair pulled back once more.

Thor looks at Vers with a grin. "You ready for some in ring practice?" Walks over to a regulation sized wrestling wrestling ring. Now you may find it a bit odd for a guy who lives alone to have a wrestling ring set up in one section of his basement gym. Then again it might had been a bit strange that he even had the ring at all.
Thor walks over and smiles into the ring and starts warming up while throwing punches into the air as he dances around the ring in time to a song that only he can hear. He used this ring daily to keep in shape. Looks over at his good friend after a few minutes and grins Versage from one corner of the ring.

Versage walked over to the ring and jumped up to grab the top rope and pull down hard before letting it fling him up and over the ropes to flip and land on his feet. He brushed himself off and removed his duster to throw it aside. He put on a pair of gloves, regulation for his large knuckles and brought them up in a defensive position and smirked at him. "Come on." he simply said as he waited for him to come at him.

Nods laughing as he watches his friend enter the ring. He Starts to circle hims with a grin. "Man you know this brings back some memories." Lunges forward with a punch aimed at Versage's gut.

Sujir the lighter sleeper of the two gets up and smiles as he gets something to eat. He hears the sounds coming form the basement and heads downstairs. Onve down there he looks atound at the training set up and has to laugh as he watches the match start up in the ring. "Sop were you two going to hog all the fun?"

Versage rolled the punch around and brought his knee up towards his friends gut in response. If it were to hit, it would cause some good damage to him and possible knock the wind clean out of him. He had ignored Sujir's remark seeing as he didn't need to lose concintration.

Laughs seeing the knee and spins around to the left as he uses he other fist to aim for Vers head. As he moves he looks at Sujir and grins. "Get you sister and we can get some tag team practice in." Turns back to Versage and grins moving to hook his left leg around Vers.

Nods and head back up stair to wake his sister. "Hey Sis Dad has wrestling ring in the basement and wants to get some tag team practice in."
Astryd gets up and looks around as she yawns. Hears Sujir's words and grins. She was always in for a fight. Well after getting a bit to eat that is. "Sounds good. Let me get something to eat and finish waking up." Heads to the kitchen to scrounge up something to eat.
Follows after her and smiles waiting to head back down as he listens to the sound coming up from the basement.

Smirks a bit and brings up his hand to catch his and raises his foot up to avoid the hook to his leg as he thrusted him forward and backed away to bring his fists back up, a small smirk on his face now as he popped his back a bit and circled slowly around him, staying on his feet.

Laughs and jumps back and jumps up on the turnbuckle as he grins back at Vers. This was getting to be fun. Just like old times really. "You know this is getting fun man really fun" Turns to face His friend then dives off at him to do a flying close line tackle.

Vers blinked slightly and laughed as he hooked his arm around his friends and spun him around to smack him onto his back. At this point he would attempt to use the Triangle choke on him.

After some time Sujir and Astryd came down and Vers released Thor from the triangle choke to start the tag team fight. It didn't take long before he managed to have Sujir in the rear naked choke. "Come on son you can to better than this I know you can." He laughed a bit and released the nearly unconcious Sujir who stood up and brushed himself off before grinning. "Come on old man.." Vers laughed and got ready as they grappled and Sujir got him in a suplex and nearly pinned him. "Very good very good." He tagged in Thor who got in and him and his son began to wrestle for a while. Eventually Vers got tagged in with Astryd and blinked a bit. "Alright..." He bounced around slightly and watched Astryd rush at him with incredible speed. "ohh shit." He ducked down and tripped her. She smacked into the canvas and he got a double chicken wing choke out. And she tapped out of it. He released her and looked at her. "You alright? didn't want to hurt you but shit your fast." He laughed and helped her up as she nodded a bit, he felt sorta bad. both the twins looked a bit dissapointed in themselves. "Aw come on now you two.. your gonna be fuckin great." He grinned slightly. "Whoop those Med's asses." They seemed to brighten up a bit. "Alright.. everyone lets go.. the cars already been delt with." He told the twins where they were and gave them both the keys and they headed off. Vers looked to Thor. "Lets go." He smirked a bit and they headed off.
