Good role play. Gives your character a gimmick: a drinker. It could work in to story lines. Nice way to come in the XVI, much like my role play.
Basics: I like how you centered your rp. I personally like that. Maybe organizing it with colors would be nice, but that's just me. RPs just look more attractive to me

Dude was awesome to be quite honest, good way to introduce your new character and a good way to introduce yaself to XVI, welcome and i hope you stay for a long time
