|. Plummeting Shards Creation .|
You may expect anything or nothing.
Think what you may,
but you're about to witness greatness.
---
I've got a little red bow,
And I bought it for you,
'Cause I know you're not fair.
I don't get it, oh well,
And you color my skin,
And the colors don't blend,
'Cause I'm gonna get you,
And your little dog too.
There's a yellow brick road,
That we follow back home,
'Cause I know you can't wait.
Your belligerent hate.
There's no place like home.
There's no place like home.
Like home.
I've, got a southern belle too.
And ruby red shoes,
With a body of straw.
Are you sick of it all?
There's a man made of tin,
With an oil can grin,
And I'm gonna get you,
And your little dog too.
There's a yellow brick road,
That we follow back home,
And I know you can't wait.
Your belligerent hate.
There's no place like home.
There's no place like home.
There's a little white porch.
And you wanted it so.
Can you let me go down.
To the end of the road.
In the black and the white.
A Technicolorful life.
Can I stand by your side?
We can make it alright.
Like home.
'Cause I'm home.
There's a little white porch.
And you wanted it so.
Can you let me go down.
To the end of the road.
In the black and the white.
A Technicolorful life.
Then another arrived.
It's a cowardly lion.
What I want from this world.
What I wanna resolve.
When I want you to stay.
So I want you to wait.
I don't wanna be bold,
I don't wanna be cold,
I don't wanna grow old,
I don't wanna go home.
'Home - Breaking Benjamin'

He stood there, staring at the doorway that led to his indefinite freedom. Why he didn't just walk forward and open it, he was oblivious to. Maybe it was that he wasn't ready for freedom, or maybe it was just that this had been way too easy. He wanted more of a challenge.
.. but there was nothing he could do now. What could he do besides walk through that door and escape what had imprisoned him for the last seven years? Nothing, that's what. He would leave this place and then hunt each one of the bastards that did 'this' to him, and kill them off .. one by one.
.. or could he just turn around, return to the lower levels of this hell-hole and rip the fucking life right out of their flesh? It was dangerous .. but it would be worth it. There was something down there .. calling to him.
Suddenly, he had the sense that he needed to move. He leaps across the room, and the exact second he is clear from the area he just moments before occupied, a small missile slams through the metal door and explodes inside the small room. He raises his arms, blocking his face from the blast.

The leader smiled.
Leader ~ We got the sick fuck. There's no way he survived that.
The leader, surrounded by no less than a hundred men, armed with fire-arms of every type, looked into the cloud of dust that now took the place of the once concrete fortress that protruded from the sandy ground. He laughed.
Leader ~ Genesis is dead.
Suddenly, from within that cloud, something moved. His eyes opened wide, his face now pale, the leader looks as if he's just seen a ghost. Suddenly .. a deafening roar protrudes the open landscape of the island, then echos out over the empty ocean.
Voice ~ THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO, SIR! I'M OUT AND I'M GOING TO KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF YOU!
The leader picks up his walkie-talkie from his side, pressing the button on the side and screaming into the speaker.
Leader ~ HE SURVIVED! WARN THEM THAT HE'S LOOSE! HE'S GOT US! TELL MY WI - - -
The leaders words are cut short by a sudden thud as his limp body hits the ground, his neck bent back and blood oozing from a gash across his throat. The men surrounding his dead body look around, afraid to move.
Voice ~ Take your last breath, boys. Enjoy it, because you're all going straight to hell.
They all turn simultaneously to see him, Genesis, standing there, smiling. He raises his left hand slowly, showing he is wielding a sharpened piece of metal. He turns, and throws the metal at a pile of rocket-launcher missiles. All the men blink .. and he's gone.
-
He stands on the edge of the sand, the water washing up against the bare skin of his feet. He looks inland at the cloud of smoke that protrudes the bright blue sky. He smiles evilly, laughing at the sight of destruction that he caused so easily. Without any effort .. yet, it was so enjoyable.
Genesis ~ And so it begins, the era of Genesis. Let the world know .. I one day will rule this pathetic ball of dirt that we all call home.
He smiles, turning his back to the smoke. He raises his right hand slowly, smirking now. As his hand reaches the level of his eyes, he snaps his fingers.
.. and he's gone, away from the destruction that ensued that island at the snap of his fingers.
---
He awakes, sitting straight up on his bed. Jordan looks around as a bead of sweat rolls down his forehead. What was that? Another dream, or another relived, suppressed memory. He sighs, laying back softly on his pillow.
At that second, Alyssa runs into the room holding a piece of paper. Jordan smiles at the sight of her, her tight white tank top and white skirt accentuated her figure so perfectly, but something was wrong. Her face was distressed.
Jordan ~ What's wrong?
Alyssa sits on the red silk sheets beside Jordan. She hand's him the piece of paper.
Alyssa ~ Read this.
Jordan looks at the piece of paper and begins to read it aloud.
Jordan ~ On December 24th, 2006, there was an explosion on Sable Island, just off the coast of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. The explosion was registered on a rector scale in Ontario.
Sable Island was the suspected research facility of an underground organization that were doing illegal experiments on humans which they kidnapped, then exported to the island. Many times, officials tried to find out but no evidence of a facility was ever found.
Two days after the explosion, officials went to the island and found a total underground facility obliterated by a single explosion. How an explosion that big was set up inside a secret organization was never found.
A death toll was never reached, seeing as all who were there were killed.
Jordan looks down at his silk sheets, dropping the piece of paper.
Jordan ~ That's .. that's ..
Alyssa ~ The day your mother found you outside their house.
Jordan looks at her, confused.
Alyssa ~ After I found that, I phoned your mother and asked when and where she found you. She told me .. it was Christmas eve, last year.
Jordan looks down at his sheets again.
Jordan ~ December 24th, 2006 ..

You will be shocked, you will be amazed.
Your life will never be the same.
