The scenery is quite complacent, yet majestic in its own little ways. It is in darkness that Corporal Punishment walks, through dampened sidewalks and dimly lit street lights. The man who was cursed with a first name like Ignacious, walks slowly, as he can see rainbow puddles of dripped oil slipping into the gutters that lead into the cities sewer vents. The Corp had just come off of a big win at Highway to Hell, and after his actions of what he did during the match, quite possibly crippling his opponent, there is no doubt that the Corporal may be well on his way downstairs.
Corporal Punishment:
Highway to Hell, or Stairway to Heaven? That is the question isn’t it? There were men who earned their victory and catapulted themselves into spotlight not seen by many.
A small clip of seeing Jordan “Bullet Proof” Glass is shown as he falls from the ladder, holding his prized briefcase of the World Title shot in hand.
Corporal Punishment:
Then there are men, who won their matches, and plummeted themselves into hells boondocks with their actions of foul play.
A small clip of David “The New Era Icon” Calaz punishing Rachel with six brutal chair shots, causing her to lose the Xtreme Title to Mr. XVI.
Corporal Punishment:
I am apart of this group. For what I did to The D&D Renegade, Damien Necro Dream, the new comer will be out for an entire month of action, maybe more. Do I feel sorry for what I did? Hell no. You can come from Japan with your puroresu background, you can hail from England, with your European style catch as catch can, but when you get in my way, your going to get hurt, and some one will bleed.
A group of teenagers pass by The Corporal on his nocturnal walk, and give him a passing glance of surprise. The purpose of their recording is to accentuate the shear size of this man. At 6’4”, 270lbs, Mr. Punishment is certainly no average man, dwarfing the adolescents considerably.
Corporal Punishment:
But this only solidifies my place in the fires of damnation. I did not choose this life for me. But I do not regret it either. In this business, it is kill or be killed. XVI is not your average Televised program kids. Do you even know what it stands for? Xtreme Vicious Intent, which frankly means that no one here is going to give you any mercy. No one is going to sympathize with you, and sure as hell no one is going to give a damn about your problems.
The Corp looks up into the midnight sky, and watches as the clouds pass inexplicably fast. A storm is running in, and fast, but not before a few glimpses of the nearly full moon show through holes in the very sky he watches.
Corporal Punishment:
But despite my size, despite my resolve, and despite my actions, I face some one who may just be meaner, may just be more determined, and may just be more of a monster than myself. And that person is a small 130lbs, 5’3 former Xtreme Champion. I have learned better than to underestimate this foe. I know far too well that after a big pay per view, she is at her most dangerous. You want to try to comfort me by telling me she is not at 100%? Well I say horse shit! This is a woman who lifted the frame of a hardened military officer, over her head and delivered the 727! I have reason to fear this woman, I have reason to worry about my safety in this match. But if you think for one second that this is going to stop me from giving her my all, your dead wrong, again…
Dismissed!
End Segment.
