”Trust, the reliance on integrity, strength, ability, or surety on another person.”
The words came from an unknown source, sounding into the pitch black spring night sky. It was cold, and yet there was the occasional breeze with a warm touch to your skin. Suddenly from deep inside the darkness, a light shone through. It was bright, warm and comforting. Standing next to the lit candle, there was a man emerging from within the darkness. This man was .. Jake Xavier.
..:Jake Xavier:..
Trust .. what a word. A word that can be both good and evil. Something that I have never come to believe in, that's what trust is. Who do I trust? Not many. Is Jordan Glass one of them? Maybe. I'm still pondering that to myself. Him and I have our first match coming up this Monday, and the way this man has been acting .. I don't know what to expect. I could be in the middle of the match and he could stab a knife in my back. How the hell do I know?
Yet, Glass and I have an interesting .. relationship, for a lack of a better word. Both from harsh pasts, both not completely sane, both after the exact same thing in life. What is that thing you ask? Domination and leadership. We want everything, we want total control. But if we both want leadership over this world, we both are going to have to cross paths at some point in time and at some place.
He pauses for a brief moment. He bit his lip, contemplating on his thoughts about the man known as Jordan Glass. Soon, he began to speak again, this time with a fiercer voice, and a louder tone.
..:Jake Xavier:..
I'm thinking he could be one step ahead of me. He could be ready. He could be prepared to stab me in the back this week. Only time will tell how this whole thing unfolds, but now I have to stop my paranoid thoughts and go back to the subject of interest, which is the Meds.
Prozac and Ritalin arn't like me and Glass. They are the type to get everything they want, to suck up to their parents to get ahead in life. They are spoiled little pussies who need to learn a lesson from real men. Now, whatever happens on Monday, whether it's a win, loss or draw, I want another match with one of you at the Pay Per View, a singles match, to show what a real fight is like. But since my so called “friend” is taking on Prozac, that leaves me with Ritalin.
So .. Ritalin .. if you want a fight, fight me in a real man's fight. At A Fool's Revenge, I want you in a street fight. No rules, no cheating, and weapons galore. That way .. only one man can walk out alive. Well .. I guess only one man will be "walking" out, the other will be hauled out on a stretcher. So .. my question for you Ritalin is .. do you accept?
Jake Xavier blows the candle out, and were back to darkness again.
