NEW UPDATES There will be a new show. This show is rather smaller than Side Effect. The show is called Sunday Night Fights. This show is dedicated to ones who are new in the XVI. Also, those who are not in the card will also be in XVI Sunday Night Fights. The purpose of this show is to not crowd the Side Effect Card. The writers and I can only do so much. Do not think this is a show for minorities, cause it isn't. If you lose a match in this show, it will be counted. If you don't role play for this show, it will also take account in to your future. Results will be nice, short summaries. Results will be posted on Sundays, and Side Effect Results will be moved to Mondays, as it has been for the past couple of weeks. Deadline for Friday Night Fights is Saturday Night at 11:59 PM Eastern (Check time zones). Side Effect Dead line will be Sunday Night at 11:59 PM. Thank you  |

would i be able to do special "promotional jobber" matches? Sorta like matches between NPCs from the "XVI Wrestling School?" They would serve mostly as filler and or comic relief.

Personal Thoughts; What a load of Bullshit, Mak.
The writing staff can't manage one show, as you've admitted, so you're goin to make this better by turning it into TWO shows?! Yes, results may be summarised, but why the hell should people not on the "Main show", who put just as much effort into roleplaying as those who appear on SE, why should they not get the same privilege of reading their entire match? It's not fair on anyone you judge to be put into this Pathetically named "Night Fights".
If your staff can't handle it, GET A BETTER BLOODY STAFF!

lets not start arguing now,
both have points to be fair,
if your gonna make a new show then get more staff to write full matches it is only fair....but on the other hand XVI is growing and not everyone can have a match everyweek, so if we make the two shows "equal" and have a kinda RAW Smackdown thing going on, Big stars, veterans and new members on each "brand" then it would all work out
we know that many people in the fed can and will write matches so why not
just my thaughts

Not filling up the card? Sorry, I thought that's what we were MEANT to do, considering this IS a fucking E-fed, is it not? Silly me, thinking people would WANT to roleplay without instantly being singled out as "The new kid in town"...
A solution? I believe I posted one above, GET A BETTER FUCKING STAFF! Where's this mentality of "Small shows = better" come from?! Next you'll be saying "Guess what guys, I've just had a brilliant idea... lets have a fucking BRAND SPLIT!"
Lets cut the crap Mak, if you can't handle the numbers, then get a better fucking team. You can't even do that? Then you might as well call it quits right here and fucking now mate, because if you can't handle the handful we've got now, you're gonna be RIGHT up the shitter if the place gets well known and alot bigger.
As for myself, I'm glad I got out before this place becomes a fucking laughing stock.

Brand split = NEVER. Did it in WCXF, never will do it again. As for getting a better staff, I already do have a great staff. Calaz does a great job telling a story in the matches he writes, so I've decided to give him main event matches to write. Prozac is in charge of doing opening matches, and Corporal Punishment helps out as well (Though not as much credited, he is appreciated every week). The best thing I could do is have them write two matches each, which will be a total of six. But that is asking too much. Also, too much staff would be confusing, and debate over who has more power than who (Thankfully, Chan and I don't do this).
I'm not saying I can't handle more members. Obviously, if the double amount of people we have now join up, then there would have to be a better solution (a second show; more matches in a show; etc). But right now, I feel like the only solution for now is to have a 'House show' type - with benefits.
I'm gonna have to have a deeper conversation with Chan about this.

Mak,
Kudos to you for trying to come up with a solution. Instead of all the hostility maybe we should have a vote on new show vs. no new show? Then if the majority rule is no show, we could all come up with ideas and have another vote to decide which is the best solution?? A democracy might make everyone happy and no one can feel slighted if their idea isn't picked, because we'd all be voting on what is for the good of the fed...Just my thoughts!

My vote would be for one show with more matches. Find more people that can write matches, it's that simple. Not to insult either of you, but this hostility shit needs to stop. All you're going to do is rip the fed apart, and we don't need that, so knock it off before you lose everyone.
Now, as for the more people writing matches, I could write one every week, two or three depending on wether or not I'm loaded down with school work. It's not that big a deal for me, but I don't know about everyone else.
Overall, you need to stop the bickering. I came to this fed expecting mature talking, not back-talking and trash-talking. You'll lose me, for one, if it keeps up. I did not come here to become agravated and angry. I came here for fun, and once it's not fun anymore, I'm out.

Rachel - I think I've made my decision, but whenever there are any ideas popping up, no doubt - I will use a poll to decide.
Jordan - No worries. John-O has probably had a bad day. There is seriously no need to get this much offended, but his opinion is always taken seriously - just as serious as others.
Calaz - If you guys are up for writing are up to writing at least 2 matches per show, then no problem. With that said, we go to plan B: More matches a show.

I think its a good idea to have a second show I mean its not 100% fair that these people join this FED and not get a match half the time and if staff is a problem you know that Prozac helps out as much as possible and i'll help too I dont care. and Morningstar....SHUT UP! seriously you sound like a complete dumb ass if you have a fucking problem with it then why dont you help write some fucking matches and stop bitching about it you fucking moron I swear you piss me off.

he may handle the dirty work but hes just gonna cause more arguments, like jordan said, there is no need for the hostility from ANYONE, meaning Mak, Johno or Bert for that matter.
Now im not going to get in to an argument and this post is not trying to start one so...
No Mak i do not mind writing more matches a week if it keeps the fed running smoothley and its been said that more people will chip in with ideas, so with that said, ask aroung people who have helped before and maybe make a thread asking for people to sign up to write matches, then just have a larger card each week with everyone who wants a match on it.

Don't tell me to shut up you self righteous little prick; for your fucking information I've been writing matches since day fucking one! From the very first sodding show, where I believe I wrote 2 of the matches myself. Ever since I came in here - as just a godsdamned roleplayer, I've been doing matches in order to get the shows up on time.
Now, get off your high horse you pathetic little moron; YOU try running your own business, hold down 2 jobs, be a landlord to 5 tenants, write 2 matches per week, work 2 seperate storylines and STILL have time to roleplay in order to defend my title, whilst all the while answering queries from the roleplayers themselves. I didn't ASK to be a fucking staff member or admin (Which is why I've taken myself off the staff rota now), I did it because I wanted this fed to be a success. Hence, I believe I've got more than enough right to wince, groan and outright complain when I see something that is going to negatively impact something I've sacrificed my own fucking health and well being over.
Sort your fucking facts out before you attack someone who's busted his balls to help this place stay afloat, ok?
